Reservations & Payment: Reservations require a valid credit card. Full payment is required upon booking.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made before 5 days prior to arrival are fully refundable. Cancellations made within 5 days of arrival are non-refundable.
Check-in/Check-out: Check-in starts at 15:00, and check-out is by 10:00 for the Lovely house in Abisko and Abisko Panorama House. Check out for Abisko Hostel is 11:00.
Liability & Damages: Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the room or property.
Age limit: Minimum age for check in is 18.
Rules of Conduct:
Smoking: Non-smoking policy applies throughout all facilities; fines will be charged.
Parties: Parties or gatherings are not allowed in rooms or properties.
Noise: Quiet hours 21:00 – 07:00 must be respected.
Pets: Pets are allowed in the Lovely house in Abisko but not in Abisko Hostel and Abisko Panorama House. If allowed, specific fees may apply.
